Our Story
A couple of years back, two young lawyers were grinding it out at a classic big law firm, desks practically touching, collaborating on case after case.
That's where Levi Ainsworth and Shaya Gorkin had a realization: clients deserved lawyers who actually worked for them—not the other way around. Lawyers who prioritized people over billable hours. Who were honest, respectful, and genuinely cared about outcomes.
The problem? That was almost impossible to find.
So in 2019, we quit and started Ainsworth Gorkin.
As a small firm with two partners and a tight-knit team, we deliver the level of care and attention that's nearly extinct at traditional practices. We set out to build a firm where clients come first, and we hold ourselves to that standard every single day.
